Sensacja! Granit Xhaka blisko powrotu do Premier League

Media od kilku tygodni były zgodne, że Granit Xhaka zmierza w stronę przeprowadzki do Arabii Saudyjskiej. W grze o jego usługi pojawił się jednak nowy zespół.

Jak ustalił Sacha Tavolieri, nowym zespołem Xhaki może okazać się Sunderland. Beniaminek następnego sezonu Premier League jest poważnie zainteresowany Szwajcarem.

Reprezentant Helwetów wciąż nie podjął ostatecznej decyzji, kto będzie jego pracodawcą w najbliższej kampanii. Aktualnie trwają rozmowy z kilkoma ekipami.

Jedną z nich jest właśnie zespół The Black Cats. Według Tavoleriego aktualne negocjacje pomiędzy Czarnymi Kotami a Aptekarzami dotyczą umowy, która opiewałaby na okrągłe 10 milionów euro.

Xhaka występował już w angielskiej ekstraklasie. 32-latek lipca 2016 roku do lipca 2023 roku był zawodnikiem Arsenalu. Łącznie na arenach Premier League rozegrał 225 meczów. Do swojego dorobku dopisał w nich 17 goli oraz 24 asysty.
