„Lukaku trafi do Premier League”

Maleją szanse Realu Madryt na sprowadzenie na Santiago Bernabeu młodej gwiazdy Anderlechtu Bruksela, Romelu Lukaku. Dyrektor generalny belgijskiego klubu, Herman van Holsbeeck przewiduje, że 17-latek latem za 26 milionów funtów przeniesie się do jednego z czołowych klubów Premier League.

Utalentowany nastolatek w ostatnich miesiącach łączony był z wielom wielkimi europejskimi markami, ale zdaniem dyrektora Anderlechtu zdecyduje się on ostatecznie na przenosiny na Wyspy.

– Wiemy, że Real jest nim zainteresowany, ale jego przyszłość jest raczej w lidze angielskiej – powiedział van Holsbeeck. – W swoich składach widziałyby go Chelsea Londyn, Tottenham Hotspur i Liverpool, ale jeśli do wyścigu włączą się oba kluby z Manchesteru, to może stać się on naprawdę ciekawy.

Przestrzegł on jednak, że transfer reprezentanta Belgii, który w 59 meczach strzelił dla Anderlechtu 27 goli nie będzie tani. – Jego wartość rynkowa to około 26 milionów funtów – podsumował dyrektor klubu z Brukseli.

W obecnym sezonie ligi belgijskiej 17-latek zdobył 12 bramek w 28 spotkaniach.
