Ferguson ironicznie o Webbie: To najlepszy arbiter

Menadżer Manchesteru United, sir Alex Ferguson ponownie został oskarżony przez Angielską Federację Piłkarską (FA) o złośliwe komentarze w kierunku Howarda Webba, który sędziował spotkanie z Chelsea.

Przed tym spotkaniem szkocki trener powiedział: – Nie mam wątpliwości, że dostał nam się najlepszy arbiter, jednak trochę boimy się, że może podejmować złe decyzje. Niemniej jednak mamy piłkarzy, którzy grają fair. Mamy więc nadzieję, że będziemy mieli w tym meczu trochę szczęścia – mówił „Fergie”.

Z pozoru komentarze szkoleniowca wydają sie być nieszkodliwe, jednak zasada E3 federacji mówi, że trener nie ma prawa nic mówić o arbitrze ani przed, ani po spotkaniu.

Ferguson może odwoływać się od tej decyzji do poniedziałku, 16 maja.

Trener „Czerwonych Diabłów” musiał ostatnio opuścić 5 meczów Premier League za krytykowanie arbitra Martina Atkinsona, który nota bene również sędziował mecz z „The Blues”.
