Trzy tygodnie przerwy Teveza

Carlos Tevez będzie musiał pauzować od trzech do czterech tygodni z powodu urazu mięśnia. Piłkarza Manchesteru City zabraknie wobec tego w decydujących meczach tego sezonu.

Argentyńczyk na pewno opuści najbliższe spotkanie przeciwko Manchesterowi United w półfinale Pucharu Anglii. Były piłkarz „Czerwonych Diabłów” nabawił się kontuzji w poniedziałkowym meczu ligowym przeciwko Liverpoolowi. Tevez musiał zejść z boiska już po kwadransie gry.

– Jego absencja to duży problem, ale nie możemy ryzykować z wystawianiem go do gry, skoro nie do końca jest sprawny – powiedział menedżer „The Citizens”, Roberto Mancini. Poza derbami Manchesteru, które zostaną rozegrane na Wembley, Tevez przegapi spotkania z Blackburn Rovers, West Hamem United i Evertonem, a ponadto jego występ z Tottenhamem Hotspur i Stoke City również stoi pod znakiem zapytania. – Mam nadzieję, że wróci na dwa ostatnie mecze – powiedział Mancini.
