Tevez poza składem Argentyny

Carlos Tevez po raz kolejny nie znalazł się w składzie na mecze reprezentacji Argentyny. Tym razem napastnik Manchesteru City nie zagra ze Stanami Zjednoczonymi i Kostaryką.

Selekcjoner Sergio Batista powiedział, że nie ma konkretnego powodu absencji Teveza. Argentyński trener chciał po prostu zobaczyć w akcji innych piłkarzy. Byłego zawodnika Manchesteru United zabrakło również w lutowym starciu przeciwko Portugalii. W marcowych meczach „Albicelestes” nie zagra również inny uznany napastnik – Sergio Aguero. Argentyńczycy podejmą 26 marca USA, a trzy dni później Kostarykę.
