Mocne słowa Alexa Haditaghiego w sprawie trenera! Grozi konsekwencjami prawnymi

Together with our FIFA legal team in Zurich, Switzerland, we have formally informed Dinamo Zagreb that our head coach, Óscar García, is NOT available at any price. We have also informed Coach García that we will not agree to his request to join Dinamo Zagreb. Regarding Dinamo Zagreb, we consider their conduct unprofessional, unacceptable, and certainly not worthy of a club with Dinamo Zagreb’s history, reputation, and stature. We also believe that their actions, including negotiating contractual terms directly with a coach who is already under a valid and binding contract with another club, constitute a serious breach of applicable football regulations and international business laws and may carry severe legal, financial, and disciplinary consequences. We are reviewing all available legal remedies with our FIFA legal team and reserve the right to take further action to protect the interests of Pogoń Szczecin. I had a very open, hard and honest conversation with Óscar Two days ago. I fully understand that the opportunity to earn significantly more money and coach a major European club competing in European competitions can be exciting and tempting for any ambitious coach. That is only natural, and I respect that. I also want to make something very clear: Óscar García’s desire to join Dinamo Zagreb has nothing to do with being unhappy at Pogoń Szczecin. Quite the opposite. He was presented with an opportunity to coach a bigger club with a stronger European profile, compete in European competitions, and earn a significantly higher salary. At 53 years old, Óscar understandably felt this was an important and rare opportunity in his career. I completely understand and respect that. In fact, we take it as a compliment when bigger, internationally established clubs show interest in our coaches, heads of scouting and recruitment, or other members of our organization. It tells us that we are identifying, attracting, and developing talented people who are being recognized beyond Poland. However, the reality is that Óscar has a valid contract and, more importantly, has made a contractual and moral commitment to our club, our players, and the project we are building together. I understand his ambitions and the opportunities that may come his way, just as I expect him to understand and respect our ambitions, our commitments, and the responsibilities we have to our players, supporters, and the entire organization. I respect Óscar’s dreams and ambitions, but I will not sacrifice my own dreams, or those of my players, my team, and our supporters, to help him achieve his. Also Understanding someone’s ambitions, however, does not mean we must sacrifice our own. We have made commitments to Óscar, our players, our supporters, and our project, and we expect those commitments to be respected in return. I am confident that Óscar is a true professional and that, regardless of our decision not to authorize his desired move to Dinamo Zagreb, he will continue to give 100% of himself to this team. I trust that his respect for his players, this badge, this city, and our supporters will remain as strong as ever. This is precisely why contracts exist in football, just as they do in business: to protect commitments, provide stability, and ensure that obligations are honoured by everyone involved. Finally, Tan and I have been around football and business long enough to know that when things don’t go someone’s way, Instagram stories, social media posts, and public narratives sometimes used to take shots or show frustrations. We have thick skin, broad shoulders, and enough experience to know that not everything deserves a response. The truth has a way of speaking for itself.
