Były gracz Chelsea chwali gwiazdę Premier League. „Sprawił, że liga stała się przyjemniejsza”

John Obi Mikel po zawieszeniu butów na kołku otworzył swój podcast The Obi One Podcast. Ostatnio bardzo mocno docenił w nim jedną z największych gwiazd obecnej Premier League.

Na wielkie pochwały od byłego reprezentanta Nigerii i londyńskiej Chelsea zapracował Kevin De Bruyne z Manchesteru City.

Belgijski pomocnik w miniony weekend ogłosił światu, że po zakończeniu tego sezonu zakończy swoją wspaniałą współpracę z drużyną The Cityzens. Mikel stwierdził, że zawodnik Obywateli jest jednym z najlepszych pomocników w dziejach Premier League.

– Sprawił, że Premier League stała się o wiele przyjemniejsza do oglądania. Wchodząc do drużyny, w której byli Yaya Toure, Fernandinho i zaczynając grać tak jak on, mecz po meczu, tworząc asysty, strzelając gole. Był fantastyczny przez ponad dekadę, co w ogromnym stopniu przyczyniło się do sukcesu Manchesteru City.

Nie jestem fanem City, ale smutno patrzeć, jak taka legenda opuszcza Premier League. Za każdym razem, gdy oglądam grę City, zawsze jest przyjemnością go oglądać. Kevin De Bruyne z pewnością należy do najlepszych dwóch lub trzech pomocników Premier League w historii – stwierdził 37-latek.
